When you start Training with me, I understand that everyone is on a different journey and everyone is starting at a different point in their journey.
Your first Session will always be a Full Consultation to see where you’re at now and where you want to be! From here we start Goal Setting and put a plan in place to ensure continued results and progress.
There are three options for Personal Training with me at Roar Active / RFX Athletic Bibra Lake
- 1on1 Sessions - Training 100% Customized to achieve YOUR Goals. 1on1 Sessions are $80.00 per 30min Session or $100.00 per 45min Session.
- 2on1 Sessions - A more affordable option without losing the focus of the Training Session on your Goals. 2on1 Sessions are $60.00 per Person per Session.
- 3on1 Sessions - Small Group Sessions to share the cost between friends or family with Training still closely focused on all of your Goals. 3on1 Sessions are $45.00 per Person per Session.
